职位描述
- 岗位职责:
1. Collect and analyze the training needs from dept.. 2. Organize the internal and external training accordingly 3. Collect the training records and put in the file 4. Follow up and evaluate the training results 5. Keep the training process running and continuously optimize 6. Build the training supplier resource and evaluate their performance 7. Organize the new employee orientation, organize the new employee monthly round table meeting 8. Update the training monthly report 9. Develop training course with team leader 10. Support team leader to organize kinds of internal training activities 11. Support team leader to conduct the Employee Development Program: career path, succession plan, cross training, 12. Support the vocation training program 13. Other tasks assigned by team leader
- 岗位任职要求:
Must criteria: 1. Major is not limited, bachelor degree and above 2. 3 years above training experience in in multi-national company (Group >= 1000 people , or subsidiary of big group), Automotive or Manufacturing industry is plus 3. Good team spirit, Self-motivated, passionate, strong anti-pressure and communicate ability, eager to learn 4. Good English and office software skill.
