- 岗位职责:
Implementation of corporate targets: - Achievement of related goals - Implementation of corporate guidelines - Achievement of benchmark goals - Application of the PM Manuel principle (C6 Process) - Participation of the PM department reporting Identification and monitoring of project goals: - Preparation of project plans - Monitoring and management of project performance to achieve plans in terms of cost / economical performance, quality, time. - Use and report with LPM tools and techniques (planning, ARGP, SLI …) according to the PM templates. - Collaborate with Functional managers to ensure project delivery in line with project objectives Staff-related leadership: - Manage and utilise Project core-team to ensure standards and objectives are achieved. - Ensure Project core-team has a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities. - Identify performance deviations and develop action plans to address. - Review Training Requirements and Training effectiveness for customer specific requirements. - Guide Project core-team to achieve overall objectives and maximise performance. - Behave as a role model to Team demonstrating appropriate managerial behaviour - Empower and continuously motivate team, set clear and realistic direction. - Aid effective decision making. - Ensure Project core team have clear understanding of relevant policies and procedures in accordance with TS16949, LEONI AG and other legislative requirements. - Support and implementation of measures for improvement - Conduct and moderate weekly project meetings. - Attend other relevant meetings, : PMC, PVC … - Continuously provide information to team members in accurate and understandable manner. - Develop integration and network support between internal and external departments and businesses. Customer Satisfaction: - Continuously improve team performance through lessons learned. - Report to customers on project progress and conformance using methods and formats prescribed by customers - Be responsible of the general project results for the customer - Be the leader of the project core team in front of the customer Responsibility for costs - Adherence to agreed Budgets, headcounts etc - Monitor and achieve project Business Plan objectives Compliance with all relevant legal, agreed and internal standards - Implementation of LEONI standards and guidelines - Support and promote LPS elements. - Awareness of and adherence to all quality standards and guidelines - Compliance with health and safety regulations - Strive for continuous improvement through CIP
- 岗位任职要求:
- Preferred Technical or business management specific Degree / membership of technical or PM related institution / Professional qualification - Electrical or mechanical or production Engineering subject area - 5 years in product development projects - Chinese, English languages are mandatory, German languages will be appreciated - MS-Office (Work, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project) - Proven previous project experience; Previous managerial experience (direct or indirect); Team player acting as adviser / coach; Interpersonal skills to resolve people related issues; Capable of writing factual, concise reports and recommendations on complex issues on behalf of the Company; - Well-developed Presentation, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
